XCMG’s Largest Material Handler XE1700GM Rolls Off Production Line

Xuzhou, China – XCMG officially rolled off its largest-tonnage material handler, the XE1700GM. Purpose-built for loading and unloading operations of 40,000 DWT bulk carriers and material transfer in large stockyards, the machine serves ports, docks, timber yards and bulk cargo terminals.

Equipped with an extra-long reach attachment consisting of a 14.5m boom and 13.5m dipper stick, the XE1700GM achieves a maximum working radius of 26.9 meters and a working depth of 8 meters, enabling full coverage of ship holds and stacking zones without blind operating areas.
