According to the official customs statistics, China exported auto parts worth USD 46.2 billion in the first six months of 2026. Markets in Southeast Asia, Latin America, Africa and Europe remained the major consumption destinations. The demand for mid-size pickup replacement parts, including cylinder heads, drive shafts, steering ball joints and pickup bed modification kits, saw obvious year-on-year increase.

Chinese manufacturers continue to invest in product quality control, with many factories certified to IATF16949, to meet the strict requirements of global distributors and repair shops. More domestic suppliers are attending international exhibitions such as SEMA Show, Automechanika Shanghai and Automechanika Frankfurt to expand overseas sales channels and build long-term partnerships with global buyers.

Industry analysts mentioned that although there are challenges including exchange rate fluctuation and international trade barriers, the competitive advantage of Chinese auto aftermarket products remains solid, especially for pickup and light commercial vehicle spare parts.
